Our story
A small local team, one market
Thai Real is the trading name of Czech Thai Co., Ltd., a registered Thai company
based in Hua Hin. We help international clients buy, sell, rent out or invest — as a small,
permanent local team, not a faceless portal.
What sets us apart isn't reach; it's depth. We know one market inside out — Hua Hin,
a calm seaside town two and a half hours from Bangkok, where we live and our expertise runs deepest.
We know its developments, its sellers, and the paperwork that trips up newcomers. Paired with
plain-English advice — the downsides as well as the upsides — that turns a daunting purchase abroad
into a smooth one.
We work in English and Thai, we never pressure you, and we stay your point of contact long after the
